  11. Ordered my upgrade chip on Dec 28, got it on Thursday (Feb 22).

  13. Installed it today.  Prior to installing it, all my connections
  14. to my ISP, and to work, were at 28,800/28,800 (April 95 chip).
  15. Not much data yet.  One connection at 31,200 but the link went
  16. dead during establishment.  The other two connections at 28,800
  17. seem to work fine.

  19. Higher symbol rate than before, 34xx (up from 3200).  Fetch (FTP)
  20. downloads from ISP at 29xx cps steady. Before this, it started high
  21. ~3400 and dropped steadily to 2900.

  23. CUSeeMe rate seems higher and smoother (less variation in rate).
